As the empowering therapist, I take a person-centered approach that honors each individual's unique strengths and experiences. Drawing from Adlerian and individual psychology perspectives, I focus on helping clients develop a sense of purpose and belonging within their community. By recognizing the inherent value and dignity of every individual, regardless of their background or abilities, my egalitarian approach promotes mutual respect and understanding among all individuals, including children, teenagers, adults, and those with ADHD and disabilities. Using evidence-based techniques from CBT, I also help clients reframe negative thought patterns, develop coping skills, and cultivate a growth mindset. In group settings, I facilitate a space where individuals can come together to share their stories, support one another's triumphs, and laugh together in the face of challenges – creating a sense of unity and belonging that transcends differences. |
